Is this chap really this big? I have not seen much of him, is he as big as Nathan Jones? A legit 6 ft 10 in man?(Halbared 22:45, 3 June 2006 (UTC))[reply]

Looks to be around Nathan Jones' height http://img283.imageshack.us/img283/6778/mattnathan5rz.jpg I have met Matt in person too and estimated him to be about 6'9

I remember him from his 2005 Smackdown appearances and he was definitely one of the biggest, strongest looking guys on that show (and WWE has some large wrestlers). As I recall he was able to easily do a swinging neckbreaker from a fireman's carry to Big Show after holding him for a good bit, and one of his finishers involved doing essentially a one-armed delayed suplex into a slam (ie holding the opponent over one shoulder with just one arm outstretched, similar to Bobby Lashley's one-handed delayed suplex). My friend and I were disappointed when he and WWE parted ways. Dugwiki 21:35, 7 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article name

Done Moved to Matt Morgan (wrestler). Keeping what was said below in mind, the fact is, he has been a wrestler much longer than anything else here. Lots of professional wrestlers: Kurt Angle, Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, The Great Khali and many others have done something other than wrestling like films, another show or another sport. Matt Morgan has been a professional wrestler since 2002, that is what he is notable for and he is still currently, a professional wrestler. The article states that Morgan "accepted an offer" to appear on American Gladiators, which furthurs the decision that while he very well might be doing it, he has not done it yet, nor is he notable for doing it either. The only reason The Rock (entertainer) is at that disambiguation, is because he quit wrestling, and he is a full-time actor. Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, etc. starred in movies, but they were still wrestlers. The Rock is not a wrestler, and thus Matt Morgan should remain at the dab (wrestler) until he is clearly notable for something other than wrestling, not just because he may or may not do something else. — Moe ε 20:59, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Move to Matt Morgan (wrestler) MATTtalk 19:18, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose He is move than a wrestler, now. King iMatthew 2008 19:27, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Erm... he is listed on the Matt Morgan disambiguation page as Matt Morgan (wrestler), but that's a redirect. I'm not sure he is really well known for anything other than wrestling, it's not like he's The Rock. Darrenhusted (talk) 09:49, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose Professional Wrestlers are not Real Wrestlers. They are entertainers. Kurt Angle (if a naming conflict arised and his article had to be renamed) would be Kurt Angle (Wrestler), since he won an Olypic medal in REAL wrestling. - -[The Spooky One] | [t c r] 23:08, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's 'wrestler' because this form of entertainment is called professional wrestling, which makes them wrestlers. It doesn't matter whether or not it is scripted, that is what they are called. Kurt Angle is a Olympic style wrestler and a professional wrestler, and if the naming conflict arised, your argument would actually have it moved to Kurt Angle (entertainer) since he is by far more notable a professional wrestler than he is a Olympic style wrestler. — Moe ε 23:19, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
