Doll Domination[1] is the second studio album from the Pussycat Dolls, scheduled for release on September 16 2008.[2] The first single from the album, "When I Grow Up" is a hit, peaking at number nine on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.[3] Also, it is a success in Australia, peaking at number two, and the single is receiving heavy airplay in the United Kingdom. And, the first single reached the #1 position in Chart Attack, Singapore. The album will have a parental advisory sticker on it. [4]

A short video shows Scherzinger and Fair in the studio singing the song. The vocals can be heard in the audio come from Scherzinger, Roberts and Thornton.[6] Two other recorded tracks are "Bottle Pop" and "Away".[7] On May 20 2008 the Pussycat Dolls performed their new single "When I Grow Up" for the first time live on Jimmy Kimmel Live,[8][9] again at the MTV Movie Awards on June 1, and a third time on So You Think You Can Dance on June 12.[10] The song was released on May 27 2008.[11] Other promotions include hosting the 2008 Maxim Hot 100 on VH1 on the position number seventeen.[12] On May 28 2008 they confirmed in a radio interview that one of the tracks from the album is titled "In Person", and that it has a 1960s' vibe, à la Tina Turner.[13] Nicole made an appearance in Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious, she sang a song called "Just Say Yes", that was going to be included in Nicole's solo album, though producers of Doll Domination have stated that the song was going to be included in that album instead. Currently the songs status is unknown. On July 31 2008 in Malaysia, the Pussycat Dolls had a album launch where they showcased all the songs from the album. Recently, Lady GaGa confirmed she has worked on a song for the Pussycat Dolls with Rodney Jerkins. The Dolls started to record the album after the departure of Carmit Bachar, in March 2008.
