Cryme Tyme and Cena
would it be notable tht Cena and cryme tyme is having some kind of alliance? for the past few weeks they have been together, and they even named their team CTC when messing JBL's car. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.165.232.143 (talk) 05:37, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
- it is notiable but is it important?Doorgeath (talk) 15:28, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
It is important isn't it? its basicly giving Cena a new chapter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.165.232.143 (talk) 04:53, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, but a chapter isn't over until it's complete. Wait until the angle concludes or advances far enough to determine if it is notable to Cena's overall career. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 04:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Also they were in a 6-man tag match against JBL and Simply Price Less. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.65.177.96 (talk) 14:51, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
losing to HHH shouldn't we add the fact that cena unsuccessfully face HHH for WWE title at Night of Champions, losing to him and by doing this allowing HHH to avenge his lost at wrestlemania 22 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.87.185.60 (talk) 05:06, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- Why would adding a loss be notable to include? The feud is over. -- ThinkBlue (Hit BLUE) 17:09, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- I actually think adding something about Cena's loss to Triple H is noteworthy. WWE made a huge deal out of it with the promos between the two. It WAS the end of three-year on-and-off feud. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 17:10, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
Cena and Cryme Time already form stable call "Cryme Time Cenation" or CTC.Pitejung (talk) 08:48, 22 July 2008 (UTC) On August 4th 2008 John Cena and Batista won the World Heavyweight Tag Team Championships from Cody Rodes and Ted Dibiase.

John Cena new pic
I think someone should put this pic as the new picture for john cena Image:Johncenairport.PNG
- The current image is fine. -- ThinkBlue (Hit BLUE) 03:08, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
- How about some newer images for the superstars' pages; some pics for those with none would be nice too.
Ethnicity
Many articles include information about the ethnicity of their subject. I was surprised to see that this article doesn't. I was also surprised to see that it categorizes him a "white" hip hop artist. Given that his last name is "Cena" I had assumed he is of Latin or Hispanic descent. Is he of Italian descent? Does anyone know? Thanks. -- Andrew Parodi (talk) 18:56, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
- If it's not on the page, that probably means no source could be found for either view. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 00:23, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- Generally speaking, names ending in a vowel are of Latin origin, either Italian, Spanish, Portugese, or Latin American. -- Andrew Parodi (talk) 09:27, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
Injury (summerslam)
It was announced on raw (25th august) that cena suffered severe injuries and would be out indefinitely and may require surgery. I tried adding info to some wwe articles and i was told not to do week to week (info about summerslam) So if someone else wants to add this be my guest. --Will Decay (talk) 01:33, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Cena's Injury
As of August 25th, 2008 it has been announced that due to a move performed at the 2008 Summerslam pay per view with Batista. That being a leap from the top turn buckle and then Batista turned it into a power bomb and basically won the match.
Mike Adamle has announced that John Cena has a hurniated disc and will be out indefinitly, and will be out of the Championship Scramble.Rey mysterio is taking his place.
I certainly beleive this info should be listed and as more info comes, it should be posted. BUT I did see him personally wrestle at a house show @ the Harbor Yard in Bridgeport CT on Friday August 22, 2008 in which he tag w/ Batista against Kane and Chris Jericho. He did a quite alot of wrestling but Batista did more and still showed no signs of said injury.
Any other ideas on why he may be out aside from stated injury.
BlackScreaminMachine (talk), 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- It's legit all right. Guess someone got fed up with his no-selling...my money's on Bob Holly. But is it notable enough to put in on the page? --Kaizer13 (talk) 03:18, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
- An injury is also notable. Added. Gavyn Sykes (talk) 03:32, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
Cena's injury was kayfabe. It was a planned injury to give Cena time off to finish filming his new film founded by WWE films. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.65.165.193 (talk) 08:04, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
As per the new info listed, he did have surgury after all. BlackScreaminMachine (talk) 14:08, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
