"Know Your Enemy" will be the first single from Green Day's eighth studio album, 21st Century Breakdown.[1] It is likely to be released on April 20, 2009 from Reprise Records.

Alternative Press calls the song a "huge rocker" which is a "fierce call to arms against apathy." The song contains guitar riffs similar to that of The Clash.[2] It also sounds "like an outtake from the Dookie sessions."[3]

A music video for this song will be out with the release of the song on April 24th, 2009. [4]
