Smith Samau (born in New Zealand) is a rugby league player for the Sydney Roosters Formerly playing for the Melbourne Storm & Gold Coast Titans Also Features for the Ipswich Jets in the Queensland Cup. Smith was also a part of the Steve Turner contract negotiations between the Gold Coast Titans and the Melbourne Storm. He was signed as a trade off along with Daniel Isaac from the Storm so they could keep Steve Turner at the Melbourne Storm.

He is a Samoan international.[1]

He has been named in the Samoa training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[2]
