Love Drunk is the second studio album recorded by rock/pop band Boys Like Girls.

The album was recorded half in New York City and Vancouver because there are "two different producers/production teams, two different environments, and two different styles of inspiration", stated by the band's frontman, Martin Johnson.

Development and release

The album will be available worldwide for download on iTunes, 8 September 2009.[8] A deluxe edition of the Love Drunk studio album will be featured and released through iTunes exclusively only on 2nd, 3rd and 4th of October.[citation needed] On 25 June 2009 at around 10:15AM, the band posted free streaming of their first single "Love Drunk" on their MySpace site. Several leaks of the song were spread online then. On the radio show Kid Kraddick in the morning, they played an acoustic version of "Two is Better Than One". "Heart Heart Heartbreak" was released from the band's PureVolume on August 17, 2009 as a result of reaching 250,000 fans on their Facebook.[9]

A 30 second preview of every song on the album has been leaked to the video streaming site YouTube. All songs are now streaming on their MySpace officially.

Singles

"Love Drunk" is the title track and first single of the album of the same name. It was released to iTunes on June 30, 2009 and sent to mainstream radio on July 7. The music video features Ashley Tisdale.

"She's Got a Boyfriend Now" is the second single of the album "Love Drunk". The single was released digitally on August 11 on iTunes.
