Climax Group
Climax Group is an independent video game development company. It was founded by Karl Jeffery in 1988 and is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Former studio Climax Racing (formerly Climax Brighton) was acquired by Disney Interactive Studios[1] and rebranded Black Rock Studios. Climax is now a single studio, the Portsmouth-based Climax Studios.[2] The company is known to be developing two unannounced titles, which will be published by Konami. No word is known on what these titles could be, or if they are new or existing IP's.[3]

Cancelled titles
Climax has also developed a number of games that were never released, or cancelled in the middle of development. There are five games known to have been cancelled after they were announced. These games are: Warhammer Online (2004) for the PC; Stunt Driver for the PS2; SX Superstar for the PS2; Rally Fusion: Race of Champions for the GameCube; Ghost Rider for the Xbox. Many of these titles were ports which did not eventuate.[6]
