Linux Version

Shouldn't there be a mention that the Linux version wasn't done by Ritualistic but rather Loki. Also GOD wasn't the distributor for the Linux version either but rather, if I remember correctly, Loki did self distribution for the title. Just some more possible information for the page to make things clearer.24.217.147.134 (talk) 15:48, 20 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Heavymetalfakk2box.jpg

BetacommandBot (talk) 07:05, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

betacommandbot, If Ritual is still around, I doubt they care about wikipedia using the f.a.k.k 2 image, as every video game review website out there includes the box art for video games, there is really no reason why all video game box art images should not fall under fair use. You might also note that gaming companies send out copies of game box artwork to magazines and internet sites all the time to promote the use of the image to promote their game.24.217.147.134 (talk)

F.A.K.K. 2 Sequel???

I was reading this Wiki on Heavy Metal F.A.K.K. 2 and noticed that there was mention that the way it ends opens up the game to a sequel. It's been almost 9 years since that game was released, and not a word regarding any follow up.
I will try to contact Ritual to see if they have any plans, but I would think if they used the Quake 4 engine this time it will keep up technically with the other games out now. I will add to this once I find anything out.

Dang it, Ritual was taken over by MumboJumbo 2 years ago! So much for a sequel :( 68.146.32.87 (talk) 04:09, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey guys. I emailed Mumbo Jumbo today and asked the company whether there are plans for a sequel/prequel. This was their response. "Hello, MumboJumbo has no plans to continue the development of any of Ritual Entertainment’s projects. Thank You." Maybe this information should be added in the article.
