Personal life
Kevin was born on November 25, 1991, in San Francisco, Danville, California, United States of America. He attended Monte Vista High School in Danville, California. He is fluent in English and Korean.
Career
Kevin, along with Ki Bum, was one of the original member of XING. They released their debut single, "In Your Hands" on December 14, 2006. Xing's popularity quickly rose and they were dubbed as the teenage SG Wannabe. Kevin was the last original member to left the group.
U-KISS
In April 2008, Kevin left XING after the release of the digital single "T Express". He joined U-KISS, along with Ki Bum. The group gained attention due to Kevin and Ki Bum being former members of XING. They have released three mini albums. On February 2010, they released their first full length album, Only One. It's single, "Round and Round (Bingeul Bingeul)" made their group very popular among Asian countries.
Solo works
He appeared as an MC at the segment "All About You" on the show Pops in Seoul in the on Arirang TV, along with Eli and Alexander. He also appeared in an episode of Star King, where he dressed up like a girl and he imitated Girls' Generation's Jessica. Along with Soo Hyun, Dong Ho and Ki Bum, they appeared on the "Chinhan Chingu Radio Show" hosted by Girls' Generation's leader Taeyeon.
