Daniel Anderson

Daniel Robert Anderson (born March 3, 1986) is an American musician and record producer, and one the founding members of the alternative rock band Idiot Pilot and the folk/alternative band The Ghost and the Grace. He is a multi-instrumentalist and provides vocals.[1] Anderson also contributes a track, without a moniker, to the Pacific Northwest electronic music compilation titled "Cumulous".[2]

In 2010, Anderson officially held the fifth highest score ever recorded on Nintendo Tetris.[3]

Recently, Anderson has been working on a new project with Paul Hinojos (of At the Drive-In), Mark Gajadhar and Cody Votolato (of The Blood Brothers), and rapper Hyro Da Hero.[4][5]

On October 14, 2010, Anderson released an EP of electronic and dance music under the moniker, Glowbug (band).[6]

On October 25, 2010, Anderson posted a message from his twitter account about the production of a "Top secret album." The album is currently known by the title of a website that he linked to entitled Ancient Lasers.[7] By following the link you come to a page with some short samples of music playing on repeat and possibly the new album art in the background.
