The Association of IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-discriminatory organisation constituted through and recognised by the International Olympic Committee. (List of International Sport Federations). It was formed in 1983. It is headed by Jan Fransoo, who is the President of ARISF.

The latest games to be inducted into the ARISF were Sport Climbing (International Federation of Sport Climbing), Cricket (International Cricket Council) and Powerboating (Union Internationale Motonautique), which were officially recognised by IOC on 11 February 2010 in Vancouver.[1]

Others IOC Recognised International Sports Federations

As Baseball and Softball are currently (July 2009) not part of the Olympic program, there are also not listed as [ASOIF], nor the IOC list of Summer Sports. They are, however, currently listed on the IOC's list of Recognized sports. Also Korfball is an IOC recognised sport.
