Parineeti Chopra (born in Ambala, Haryana, India) is an Indian actress who made her debut with the film Ladies VS Ricky Bahl (2011). Chopra will feature in Ishaqzaade also under Yash Raj Films. Her father is Pawan Chopra and mother is Reena Chopra.[1]. She is the cousin sister of actress Priyanka Chopra.

Chopra was born in Ambala, Haryana to Pawan Chopra and Reena Chopra. She is the cousin sister of actress Priyanka Chopra. She did her schooling from Convent Of Jesus and Mary, Ambala Cantt and then went on to do graduation in Finance and Economics from Manchester Business School, UK. Parineeti Chopra[2] joined Yash Raj Films[3] in 2009 as a marketing and PR consultant. Working there she got a chance for audition and was selected for the film Ladies VS Ricky Bahl and then Ishaqzaade.[4]
Debut In Films, 2011
Chopra made her acting debut in Maneesh Sharma's Ladies VS Ricky Bahl alongside Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma. Her performance was appreciated with film critic's Taran Adarsh stating, "Parineeti springs a pleasant surprise. She has wonderful screen presence and acts freely". In fact, the viewers would take to her character instantly. Komal Nahta stating, "Parineeti is undoubtedly the best. She has the best role, the best lines and hers is the best performance among the three. In fact, she provides a lot of light moments in the first half and, more importantly, in the second half too". Chopra's second film Ishaqzaade opposite Arjun Kapoor is also under Yash Raj Films directed by Habib Faisal.
