Image from Commons now no longer acceptable there moved to en:W as fair use, as it has been used in articles for years. User:Altenmann tagged it as di-disputed fair use rationale. I asked for additional feedback. Altenmann replied [1] "initially i have been vocally objecting to sovied file deletion, but then reconsidered. legal issues aside, please take a look at the post-soviet copyright issue in this way: most soviet people have been robbed by the state "for the good of the whole soviet people" and I see it quite unfair for them to be robbed even symbolically of what's left for whatever other noble slogans." As this seems a somewhat broader concern than a simple template matter, I'm bringing this to wider attention and discussion to see if this can/can't should/shouldn't be used on en:W. -- Infrogmation
