Damir Skomina (born 5 August 1976[1]) is a UEFA football referee from Slovenia.

Skomina was the fourth referee at several UEFA Euro 2008 matches. He refereed the quarter-final match of the football tournament at the 2008 Summer Olympics. He refereed the 2011–12 UEFA Champions League round of 16 match between Arsenal and AC Milan. He also refereed in the 2011–12 UEFA Champions League quarter-final match between Chelsea and Benfica at Stamford Bridge.[2] He is one of the referees in the Euro 2012. In his first match of the Euro 2012 he refused to give a penalty to the Netherlands after a hands ball. [3]
