Irina Yatchenko (born October 31, 1965 in Homel) is a Belarusian discus thrower best known for two Olympic bronze medals at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She became world champion in 2003. Her personal best is 69.14m.

Yatchenko is married to Igor Astapkovich, a hammer thrower.
