Lego The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game
Hello, could you explain why you removed the cover art I uploaded? - X201 (talk) 17:39, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
Could u explain why u removed the original one that i put there?
- I did in all of my edit summaries. Video games use the game cover in preference to promotional posters. The cover I supplied was a platform neutral version as required by the WP:VG guidelines on game covers. It was also the artwork without any ratings marks or other symbols, these are rare in video games articles and we always use them when ever we can get hold of them - Only a few companies like Rockstar and a few others release the clean artwork, so they are rare for us to get hold of and we always use them when we can. - X201 (talk) 18:55, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
that was advertising the sets (it doesnt say lego lord of the ring the video game) the pic i put is what will be on the front of the game not what u put
- Sorry, but you're wrong. Check the TtGames website. The image I uploaded is the official cover art, they announced it yesterday. - X201 (talk) 21:16, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
you're right, my mistake
- No problem.
- As a new user can I just give you a few tips though.
- You can indent your replies by putting a colon : or multiple colons at the start of your reply, it gets rid of that horrible blue box that appears when a sentence starts with a space.
- Remember to sign your talk page posts. It helps you, and others keep track of when you replied (and in what order on large discussions). You just need to put four tilde ~~~~ at the end of the post.
- This is the most important one. Do not revert another user's edit more than 3 times, because you will break the Three Revert Rule (3RR) and could end up being blocked. You broke it yesterday on the LotR article, and could have been reported for it and received a temporary block on your account. We've all been in the situation whilst editing, and I know things can get a bit heated on WP at times, but just take a moment to think about the reason why the other person has made their edit. - X201 (talk) 08:24, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
If you need any help with anything or want to ask a question, either drop me a note on my talk page or ask at the Wikipedia Video Games Project, but remember to sign it ;-) - X201 (talk) 08:24, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
no and btw if it was one of us who got blocked it would have been u, cus i had my pic up, then you took it, i put it up, then u took it, then i put it up, then u took it... U altered my edit three times b4 i did to u
- You're wrong. I only reverted 3 times. You reverted my 3 edits plus an additional edit by Mikah. But this appears to be turning into an argument so I'll end it there. - X201 (talk) 09:46, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
are u actually that idiotic? u just told me that if one reverts it 3 times it breaks the rule, i said ' that means u broke the rule ' , then u said 'no, because i only reverted it 3 times'

Warbo5, why are continually removing the Categories and footer template from the Lego The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game article? If you have a justifiable reason, I'd like to hear it. Otherwise, you risk being banned. — Frεcklεfσσt | Talk 20:55, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
none of the other lego game articles has that thing that people keep putting at the bottom so can u just stop altering my page and leave it alone
oh and btw u forgot to put 'you' after u said 'why are' at the start of that question
- Please stop removing the categories and navbox from the article. All of the other Lego video game articles have a similar set of categories and the navbox. Categories are a standard part of all Wikipedia articles. While we appreciate you starting the article, please note that you do not own the article. Other editors may edit the article and are, in fact, encouraged to do so. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 21:18, 30 August 2012 (UTC)
oh i didnt realise i was removing the catgories , but i thought that lego games thing shouldnt be there cus it was hidden in all the other lego games pages
- Not a problem. When there are two or more navboxes on a page, they autocollapse in order to save space. For example, Lego Racers 2 has one navbox, so it does not autocollapse. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 01:26, 31 August 2012 (UTC)

Replaceable fair use File:James Averis.jpg
Thanks for uploading File:James Averis.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the media description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 23:45, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading File:This is the poster for Lego The Lord of The Rings, The Video Game with Frodo Baggins.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 23:46, 30 August 2012 (UTC)

Hello, I'm TBrandley. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to Clifton College, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, TBrandley 19:11, 15 December 2012 (UTC) I put 'South town's the best' beacause The South Town is the best house in clifton college. Better that North Town, East Town, West Town, Moberly's (where all the Rhys-people are), Wiseman's (my source of income), Watson's (the house that the school bully is in (but it's also the 'homosexual house')), School House, Hallwards, Oakley's and Worcester (where my crush is).
