Solvalou is an arcade game that was released by Namco in 1991. It was originally only released in Japan, and at power-on contains a message saying: "This game is for use exclusively in Japan. The sale, export, use or operation of this game outside of Japan may be a violation of international copyright, trademark and/or other related laws subjecting the violator to legal penalties." It is also the 3rd title in the Xevious series.

Solvalou is also the name of the ship that the player controls in all three games, as well as the fourth and fifth ones, Xevious 3D/G and Xevious Arrangement.

Gameplay

The gameplay is very much like Xevious and Super Xevious except that the game is in 3D and has a 1st-person viewpoint.

Technical Info

The game runs on Namco System 21 hardware.
