- This user is creating a large number of articles for the Lists of state leaders by year category. - Reapplying now, as was suggested after my previous application. I have gone through all articles I've created, expanded and/or fixed most of them and reinserted each and every URL. Plus I have created several new articles since then. Widr (talk) 20:19, 2 February 2013 (UTC)
