L'Avenue is a mixed-use skyscraper complex approved in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It will be located across from the Bell Centre in downtown Montreal, on Avenue-des-Canadiens-de-Montréal between de la Montagne and Drummond streets.

The tower will consist of 350 condos, with a hotel and/or office space making up the remaining floors.

As of February 2013, the project has been approved by the city and is 62% sold. Construction could begin in 2013, with a completion date sometime in 2015-16.

At 50 floors and 175 metres, it would become the sixth tallest building in the city, and the tallest residential tower. The Tour des Canadiens across the street measures 167 metres and would place 2nd.

The promoter, Broccolini Construction Inc. has said there is a possibility the project could add up to seven more floors, bringing the height to an estimated 200 metres, which would make it the second-tallest building in Montreal, behind the 1000 de la Gauchetière, which measures 205 metres.
