"7 Words"
Song

"7 Words" is the first single released by the American alternative metal band Deftones, taken from their first album, Adrenaline. It was released in 1995 by Maverick Records.[1] This song is dedicated to the seven dirty words, hence the name.

Though much of the lyrics are ambiguous, the content seems to revolve around racism and police profiling. The video shows the band playing in a small club and occasionally shows some small clips of the band on the streets.

It was also released as a limited edition promo vinyl, with their song "Teething" on the b-side.
