Bertrand Cantat has NEVER been convicted for Murder, but "only" of Manslaughter.That's a fact and thus the allegation made in the Article is a severe false statement. If there had been a conviction of Murder, Cantat would be in prison to this very day and he wouldn't have been sentenced to only 7 years in prison nor would there have been a chance of being released after only 4 years. So Cantat is a convicted Manslaughterer not a Murderer. Please check reliable sources and make a correction.
"While rowing"
The use of the word "row" to mean "quarrel" is not in standard usage in American (US) English. As a result, the phrase "While rowing with his girlfriend" suggests a boat of some kind (to those not acquainted with the British usage of the word).
