Confirmed

(add requestview requests)
Hello I am requesting a confirmation in order to be able to edit the Led Zeppelin (semi-protected) band picture compilation as I have made a new more aesthetic version displaying all the band members with more appropriate portraits http://i.imgur.com/YwYQLbt.png .I also plan on working to replace any other band pictures with better, more aesthetic and appropriate pictures of all the band members. I will make sure to follow the uploading guidelines and not upload copyrighted images. MrBigCheese1 (talk) 20:58, 24 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question: Could you please describe the copyright status of the picture you wish to upload? Mlpearc (powwow) 03:18, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am attempting to update an article and have already confirmed my email, but it doesn't seem to allow uploading images? I believe it is fair use but not necessarily free. It is used to officially represent the entity of the page sourced from the organization's own website. Newmediamkt (talk) 01:35, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Question - Could you describe, what is on the image? And what is the subject of the article? Armbrust The Homunculus 08:45, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Already done - You are already autoconfirmed. --LlamaAl (talk) 00:24, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

College group project Uluthrek (talk) 03:35, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, my name is Jacob, and I am required to edit the wikipedia page on Moose for my College Writing group project. As a new user, I will have some serious issues editing the page before the due date of the project, and I need to complete this work so my group does not suffer for it. I plan to make small adjustments regarding spelling and grammar if needed, and may update information from an encyclopedic source. (with the correct citation)

  •  Not done - Hi, and thank you for creating an account to edit Wikipedia. Although I fully understand your desire to dive right in, many of our articles are semi-protected because they are controversial, prone to vandalism, or other reasons. As a new editor with few edits, it might be wise to discuss your edits on the article talkpage in order to gain consensus for your edits, and then use {{Edit semi-protected}} to request the edit be performed. I only recommend this until you're used to the challenges of reliable sources, the biographies of living persons policy, and other similar policies. The good news is that fewer than 5% of Wikipedia articles are protected; this means that 95% of the articles can use your help right now! GB fan 01:09, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am interning for a non-profit in Washington, DC called Creative Learning. They recently acquired the non-profit Aid to Artisans and my job is to update their online profile through social media and communications work. It would be very helpful to have a confirmed account to add photos to our updated Wikipedia page. Creativelearningata (talk) 14:48, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
