As being Auto confirmed user I already have this right to move or rename however sometime I find difficulty to move files, rename any page therefore looking for file mover permission, that would be highly appreciated if you would be kind enough to award me with this permission so I can serve our beloved Wikipedia in more better way. I upload files often, and from time to time I need renaming them for different reasons (mistakes, completing the names or changing irrelevant names [when I forget to name them]). It can be tedious to request the file moving and I think that my file uploads and work in Wikipedia, as well as in the Commons should be enough to justify to request the rights. I usually work at new page patrol however I've been doing some work on files recently and I've noticed that it takes a couple of days for a file to be renamed. I'm an experienced user with just over nine thousand edits and would like to help out. I know when a file should be renamed or deleted from my experience at new page patrol. I'm an active and experienced user with 10000+ edits at this wiki. I have more than 1600 file and filetalk edit. Also I requested almost 10 renaming in en wiki and commons. And just one was declined.
