Hi Gilliam, I updated the fiber arts page with valid updates to the award winning textile artist suendrini.com. She just won the Manly E. MacDonald award which is virtually unheard of for this medium. You will find my edits to be valid and on point. Thank you

Hello Gilliam. My name is Caleb. I genuinely appreciate your keeping a watchful eye over my editing. I think a system of checks and balances is the best way to maintain accuracy in a world that so often often takes information at face value. In reference to this particular edit however, the deletion was intentional. When I began editing the page, there was a wiki-table of the wide release films but it was only partially finished and was followed by merely a list of the remaining films with no additional information. I completed the wiki-table, therefore the subsequent lists were redundant and I deemed them unnecessary. I believe that I've returned the page to my edited format (not as retaliation but in the belief that I had unintentionally not saved my work.) Thank you again for your help and your commitment to maintaining the quality of this excellent storehouse of knowledge.

Regards,

On the english american page I was wondering if something could be done to make that page less nationalistic? Statstics and where they are on the page is flaout way overdone and in my view, very creepy. Not necessarly delete the whole section, but make it more tolerable. Would like to know your opinion on this. Thank you Ryanbrocks90 (talk) 04:39, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article actually looks great to me. If I had an issue with it, I would mention it on the article discussion page.- Gilliam (talk) 05:24, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I hate it. I think you do a great job editing overall, but strongly disagree with how much that articles goes into that. Is there anyone else I can get and opinion iof on that article. It bothers me. If possible I would like to talk over email as to why i dislike it so much. Thanks Ryanbrocks90 (talk) 05:34, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

deletion of comment under Talk:Citizen Radio

Hello, I apologize for the comment, though it's a bit of an inside humor (the douche bag buffer is the name of the first half of the show, because they just talk about silly subjects) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.134.33.218 (talk) 10:09, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Can I suggest you unprotect this page and reblock the IP with talk page access removed. That's the usual response in these situations. GedUK  19:53, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That IP has been trolling his talkpage for the last hour writing things like "fuck gilliam" and "fuck jimbo" so do you really suppose unprotecting would be productive?- Gilliam (talk) 19:56, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
If you block his IP from editing his own talk page, then he can't. GedUK  19:58, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Thanks for explaining that to me.Gilliam (talk) 20:00, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No worries. GedUK  20:03, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I do not know what you are talking about, because you seem to hav deleted all of my contribution to that talk page. You will need to be more specific with your kritisizm. 75.152.127.203 (talk) 00:06, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you leave alphabet soup on the stove and go out, it could spell disaster.
I am a spelling reformer; "iz, az, wuz, haz, duz". It duz not show up in my edits to payjez, just talk payjez. 75.152.127.203 (talk) 00:14, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Francisco Rodrigues page

Dear "contributor"

The editing of Nunca"s page on wikipedia has been done getting information directly with the artists based on facts and references given by the artist himself in some cases and with the knowledge of the artist about the editing.

Consider not re-editing any of the information done by me.

Many Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.151.16.39 (talk) 03:54, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry

I'm sorry I was just testing out this "change whatever you want" theory as people always say this site is not credible because people can change information at will. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.209.10.196 (talk) 03:56, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Franz-Joseph Müller von Reichenstein

Franz-Joseph Müller von Reichenstein was not born in Austria-Hungary as the country did not exist at the time of his birth. Austria-Hungary was created in 1867, long after his death. The political entity in which Franz was born was the Habsburg Empire — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.25.68.18 (talk) 13:37, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Re the following: Hello, I'm Gilliam. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to List of electronic music genres because it did not appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Gilliam (talk) 15:47, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

Hello Gilliam. I have friends who have produced Jungle, Drum and Bass, and other music since 1999. They actually created a genre and called it Fartcore/Fart Jungle. What would make this edit more constructive? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.47.0.130 (talk) 23:15, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

Thanks for, er, cleaning the poop off my talk page [1]. It would be interesting to see what pages the IP vandal had been viewing, to figure out the link between City, my talk page and yours! Dricherby (talk) 18:21, 1 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Block

You just beat me to that block. Two weeks, though, is probably of no use since I think we're dealing with a hopper: see the contributions of 27.55.10.223. I'm looking around to see if there's more. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 04:54, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Spiegelmer Page

The term Spiegelmer is a registered trademark. I disagree with your comment, that this is not constructive. Without such a hint people think this is a free term. Please apply my change.

me

Hello, I'm Gilliam. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Software development, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Gilliam (talk) 10:00, 3 July 2013 (UTC)

why

Afro-Trinidadians and Tobagonians

Removed unsourced genetic information. There is no proper link to the study. Based on results from 23andMe, the average Afro-Trinidadian ranges from 70-94% Sub-Saharan African. South Asian ancestry is 0-5% amongst self-identified Afro-Trinidadians. The European ancestry varies from 6%-28%. Native and East Asian ancestry is negligible in them.

The level of SSA ancestry in Afro-Trinidadians is not very different from what you might see in St. Vincent and the Grenadines or St. Lucia. Certainly less than what you would find in Barbados or Jamaica, but not 45-65% either.
