I have removed material from this article that does not comply with our policy on the biographies of living persons. Biographical material must always be referenced from reliable sources, particularly negative material. Negative material that does not comply with that must be immediately removed. Note that the removal does not imply that the information is either true or false.

Please do not reinsert this material unless you can provide reliable citations, and can ensure it is written in a neutral tone. Please review the relevant policies before editing in this regard. Editors should note that failure to follow this policy may result in the removal of editing privileges. NB. Forums (and particularly ones that are not publically accessible;e) are NOT reliable sources. --Docg 21:08, 11 November 2006 (UTC) This is the most hesterically vandalised page I've ever read. I couldn't stop laughing at some edits. This man has made at least one very loyal enemy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.17.251.56 (talk) 08:47, 13 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Included legal history of arrest for rape allegation and subsequent denial and lawsuit including cited references

Also removed "critically acclaimed" from sentence referring to specific movies as no references are included or cited to support that conclusion.

Removed "Subsequently, Chapa went on to become one of Hollywood most resilient superstars" Again - No impartial citation or reference.

It almost sounds as if this biography has been written as a C.V. by the subject himself, rather than as a factual biography. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.253.56.186 (talk) 20:45, 17 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"The film opened at number one in a small town somewhere in the South." Incomplete information and no references cited. Opened at number one of what list and in which small town in the South.

If you are going to keep embellishing the rape allegation section with your own facts, please do so with properly cited sources instead of just making stuff up and using a cited source which makes no reference to the embellishments. The rape allegation, however uncomfortable for the subject of the article is a fact with properly cited sources, please leave it that way unless sources can be cited that backs up your claims. I have removed uncited material that is being constantly added. This time however, the material was uncited AND RACIST, and was edited by the user called damianrobertchapa, so it's now clear that this page is being used more as a personal C.V than it is for displaying facts, particularly as any negative and cited facts are being continually removed or altered to a positive comment, whilst positive yet uncited or properly referenced and in some cases false facts are added. Sadly on past form I presume Damian Chapa will continue to edit this wiki page, however while false statements and uncited, unreferenced or racist comments are added to this page, I will continue to remove them. Removed "and domestic violence" from sub heading. It was a rape allegation, not a domestic violence allegation, as the supporting references clearly indicate. CmdrX3 (talk) 22:16, 24 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The phrasing "Chapa took legal action to gain visitation rights, in response to which Foell told police in Germany that the actor had raped her" feels POV. Without proper citation, it is unclear whether or not her claim was "in response to" his legal actions. It seems to openly imply that it is a false charge, which may never be able to be determined.
