Autopatrolled

(add requestview requests)
I have created over 260 articles and create well written articles. I have improved since when I created some of my first articles. I also patrol the new pages.--Old Time Music Fan (talk) 18:44, 23 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I see a lot of articles, but they lack inline citations. It's very difficult to tell which reference is validating which piece of content. Ironholds (talk) 19:32, 23 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Are you neutral, supporting, or opposing? --Old Time Music Fan (talk) 20:17, 23 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it's not a vote ;p. Autopatrolled permission is given out by individual admins at their discretion. Having said that, were I an admin I don't think I'd grant you the right, because inline citations are an important part of making our content verifiable. I was largely commenting to both draw the administrator's attention to the issue, and to draw your attention so that you had the opportunity to correct it in the articles you've already written, and in future articles. I have been editing for 4.5 months now and have created 62 articles, of which 2 have made it to DYK, another 1 is currently a DYK nomination and none currently have maintenance tags on them. My most recent creation is 2014 Boston Marathon. I also understand core policies around BLP, sources, etc. Thanks. Sportsguy17 (TC) 19:59, 23 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
