Welcome to Jehochman's Talk Page Please feel free to put your feet on the coffee table, and speak candidly. Or for more better relaxation, stretch yourself luxuriously on the chaise longue in Bishzilla's Victorian parlour and mumble incoherently. |

Thanks for trying
I just wanted to say thanks for trying to close the AN thread. As I mentioned in the discussion earlier, I knew my fan club wasn't about to let it go. There are still a lot of haters who haven't gotten the opportunity to dance on my grave yet. Plus, they'll just keep making shit up that I didn't do and associating that to me. 138.162.8.57 (talk) 21:41, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
Congratulations!
Trolling admin of the week award | |
This award is given only to the most dedicated rouge administrators for proficiency in trolling poor unsuspecting editors. I hope you wear this with honor, as you have certainly worked hard to earn it! — Technical 13 (t • e • c) 16:17, 4 March 2014 (UTC) |
- Thank you very much. Trollololol... Jehochman Talk 16:20, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
Fuck
Hi, would you mind undoing your closure of that AN thread here?
Apart from anything else, you've !voted and commented in the thread so you're WP:INVOLVED.
I don't want to undo/edit-war, so I'm asking you politely here; I think more discussion is needed. Thanks, 88.104.30.86 (talk) 16:30, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- I recommend you leave it be. Some things are so petty that they aren't worth bothering. Jehochman Talk 16:33, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- Sorry, but I totally disagree - I do not consider issues about freedom of speech to be petty - indeed, that's the subject of the article in question.
- Today, this gets censored - setting a prescedent for potential censorship of other things. What next - will we cover up a featured picture if a ladies' ankles are exposed? Will we avoid articles that mention islamic terrorism? The point is, everyone is 'offended' by different things. Wikipedia should not judge - to do so is not neutral.
- Anyway, as I mentioned before, you are involved. And I don't consider "Hopelessly fucked up" as a mature and rational reason to close a discussion of a serious subject.
- Please reconsider. 88.104.30.86 (talk) 17:17, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- If you can't tell by the thread it really doesn't matter. I'm somewhat curious are you connected to the film in someway? Why is this such a big issue cause it seems like it's just drama. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 17:30, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
- I can tell by this thread that I'm not the only person concerned about this type of censorship.
- I am not connected to the film in any way. Are you?
- Freedom of speech and censorship in general is a significant concern for a great many people. 88.104.30.86 (talk) 17:32, 4 March 2014 (UTC)
