Information icon Hello, I'm Dan56. Your recent edit to the page Pangaea (album) appears to have added incorrect information, so I have removed it for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 21:03, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not introduce incorrect information into articles, as you did to Agharta (album). Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you believe the information you added was correct, please cite references or sources or discuss the changes on the article's talk page before making them again. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 22:55, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The material you are changing is against what is cited to reliable sources in the article. "Davis found a more enthusiastic response early in the new year on a tour of Japan, his first in ten and a half years." → Chambers, Jack (1998). Milestones: The Life and Times of Miles Davis, p. 274. "Pangaea came out in 1976 in Japan..." → Chambers (1998), p. 275. Please discuss why you believe your changes are correct and if you can verify them. Otherwise, please refrain from reintroducing your changes to the article(s). Also, names in the Personnel section are in alphabetical order by the musicians' last names (MOS:ALBUM#Personnel). Response to your message

Some of the information you are challenging isn't originally from Wikipedia, but from Jack Chambers' biography on Miles Davis, one of the standard Davis biographies. You'll need to cite a better source than Chambers.

Don't consider the first two warnings as accusations of vandalism. Most often, new editors are unresponsive to the first warning and the edit summaries reverting their edits, but I'm glad you messaged me the second time. Dan56 (talk) 00:40, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
