Marvin L. Gittelman High School is a high school located in Clifton Heights, PA, United States; it is part of the Upper Darby School District. The school opened its doors on September 5, 2004 and it will have its first graduating senior class on June 18, 2005. Its first (and current) principal is Marlo Thomas. Marvin L. Gittelman High School requires its students to have student IDs. MLGHS has security located on campus to help their students enforce their rules. MLGHS graduating classes graduate at the Penn State University at Brandywine. MLGHS is named after retired history teacher Marvin L. Gittelman, who dedicated and founded the high school during construction on June 11, 2004, the day when UDSD sold a closed CAPPS USA building.
