Wichita Mid-Continent Airport bombing attempt

Split to new article - The Wichita Mid-Continent Airport bombing attempt was a plot to destroy a major airport. Thoughts? --Jax 0677 (talk) 00:55, 14 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Since there was no explosion / destruction / deaths, then it likely doesn't deserve another article. • SbmeirowTalk00:16, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps. On the other hand since there was no explosion / destruction / deaths at Wichita Mid-Continent Airport it's not clear that it should be in the article about the Airport. Perhaps a notice Terrorism_in_the_United_States#Alleged_and_proven_plots is sufficient given the current level of notability. Just a thought. Reply - WP:N states "These notability guidelines only outline how suitable a topic is for its own article or list. They do not limit the content of an article or list." This can therefore be mentioned in this article. --Jax 0677 (talk) 20:04, 15 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

While this change has been approved, it isn't effective until March 2015, is there any way we can change the title of the page back until thenM?Chitinid (talk) 03:14, 12 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Just a thought, is it likely people will use the new name? After all, it is such a mouthful that it will probably only be used on official documents and signs.101.98.188.150 (talk) 19:22, 17 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
