The 2015 Munster Senior Hurling Championship Final will be a hurling match played on 12 July 2015 at Semple Stadium, Thurles. The winners will advance to the semi-finals of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, while the loser would go into the All Ireland qualifiers. Tipperary and Waterford will contest the final.

Build Up

On 23 June Waterford and Tipperary struck a deal to stage the final at Semple Stadium in Thurles as the regular venue for this fixture, Páirc Uí Chaoimh, is out of commission due to redevelopment work.[1][2] The match will be shown live on RTÉ Two as part of the The Sunday Game Live.
