Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Real Bout Fatal Fury 2: The Newcomers with this edit, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. The King of Fighters XIV

Thanks for removing those common links from The King of Fighters XIV. I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia. Regards.Tintor2 (talk) 14:23, 17 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Instead of coming out guns blazing at other editors and not explaining your removal of content using an edit summary, can you please explain exactly why you're removing the content from the article? Thank you. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:43, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Spend 1 second to look at the dif and you'll see. --94.246.144.29 (talk) 06:46, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That's not an explanation. The only explanation you've given is your edit summary here. Are you going to calm down and explain what the deal is here? I'd very much appreciate it if you would... ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:48, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I wanted to copy a category, copied everything. It's SO obvious. --94.246.144.29 (talk) 06:49, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No, really it's not. That's why it's important to explain your edits using an edit summary. If you'd just had written that in your edit summary in the first place, nobody would be reverting it. Next time, please explain your changes, and be understanding if others ask you about it if you don't do so. It would help us all if we're civil to one another; it gets things to the solution faster. :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 06:52, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry dear, My mistake. - Mar11 (talk) 10:08, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! I apologize for taking so long to respond. I've been very busy with work lately. I wanted to thank you for explaining everything and for being willing to discuss the issue. I understand that this conversation, as well as my revert to your edit, caused some frustration. I apologize if it did; it's never my intention to purposefully frustrate anyone or cause them to become angry, nor is it my intention to burden or be a direct conflict to changes and tasks that are necessary with building an encyclopedia. I hope you're doing well, and I hope you know that you're more than welcome to message me if you have any additional questions or concerns. I'll be happy to discuss them and answer any questions. Happy editing to you! :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 20:31, 27 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ohklos vandalism

Please stop vandalizing the Okhlos article:

  1. The lead is not too short, as the game has not been released yet.
  2. "in development by an Argentine indie development studio Coffee Powered Machine" is just bad grammar, don't re-put it all the time.
  3. "Video game" may be linked.

Everything you did is to simply enforce what you think is right without ever asking after the first revert, so please stop it or reach for agreement with me here. Lordtobi () 11:36, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Mythology categories

Please be aware that the subcats of Category:Mythology-based video games are likely "non-diffusing" categories, per WP:DUPCAT, and it is acceptable to have games in both the parent and the child, particularly since there many games that mix-and-match mythos. --MASEM (t) 22:28, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

June 2016

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil  with this edit, without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 01:33, 27 June 2016 (UTC) [reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Jim1138 (talk) 01:38, 27 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Elena (Street Fighter) does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Another World (video game) has been reverted.
Your edit here to Another World (video game) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://vimeo.com/96120254) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Template:Tvtropes— because it did not appear constructive. It is constructive, just look at IMDb, MobyGames, etc. --94.246.144.29 (talk) 23:28, 29 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
