Imelda Bautista Schweighart, better known by her former screen name Imee Hart[1] (born May 29, 1995) is a Filipino-German model, actress, singer, and beauty queen who was crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2016 on June 11th, 2016 and served as the Philippine representative to the Miss Earth 2016 pageant at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines where she was unplaced.[2][3][4][5][6]

Before being crowned as Miss Philippines Earth 2016, Schweighart first joined Binibining Pilipinas 2013 and ranked within the Top 15 finalists in the competition, aside from bagging the Binibining Pilipinas-PAGCOR special award.[7] She also is Miss Puerto Princesa 2016.

She was part of variety show Willing Willie as one of the co-hosts of Willie Revillame from 2010 to 2011 and was also part of the lead cast of youth-oriented drama series Bagets: Just Got Lucky, both aired on TV5.[8] She was also a swimming athlete during her primary education years.[9]

Controversies

Schweighart has referred to herself as "an extremist" and a supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte.[10] During a recorded conversation with Miss Earth Austria contestant Kimberly Budinsky, Schweighart said that Duterte was "doing Hitler stuff in the Philippines".[11] She later amended this statement, suggesting that Duterte is "Hitler-like but for the good".[12]

She then accused Miss Earth 2016 Katherine Espín as having fake breasts, chin, and nose, and claimed that Miss Earth has lost its credibility by crowning a winner who has undergone cosmetic surgery.[13]

Schweighart voluntarily resigned as Miss Philippines Earth a day after the Miss Earth 2016 pageant, as a response to the controversies surrounding her stint as titleholder, upon meeting Carousel Productions (which holds the Miss Earth pageant) Vice President Lorraine Schuck.[14]
