Obamanomics?

Where's the Hint of Minimum Wage Raise in the 2012 State of the Union Address?

The article reads (citation needed). I read the 2012 state of the union address https://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/01/24/remarks-president-state-union-address and saw no reference or "hint" to anything having to do with raising the minimum wage. Unsourced contradictions?

Is this right?

That just doesn't make sense to me. Crony capitalism is a feedback loop of corruption caused by government intervention (e.g. regulation). Also how does "tax revenue" stabilize and promote economic growth? I'm not trying to argue politics, that just doesn't make sense to me, if anything shouldn't it be "gov't spending" to stabilize and promote growth? This is also unsourced.
