It would make sense to make substantial progress in the whole area first, then see if the particular article is really not notable enough and should be deleted. But, if you don't mind this comment, it would help if Polish editors took a broader view of this problem on en.wp. The "English name" nuisance affects other articles too. It would be nice if Polish editors also took an interest in Spanish, Serbian etc titles - the "English name" socks certainly do.
