no Unnecessary I don't see a reason to create these. Within Wikipedia, the standard suffix trick works fine: incestsexual. And it's not clear that they're useful search terms; a user would search for the shorter and more common portion. 104.153.72.218 (talk) 12:28, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
