reason for edit

I am removing the uncited reference to why Anderson was optioned to AAA on May 2, 2012. Per an article at https://www.boston.com/sports/boston-red-sox/2012/08/28/where-do-the-red-sox-go-from-here , Youkilis was released to make room for Middlebrooks, not Anderson.
