Improper use of time indications

At present the article reads The line was recently upgraded as part of the West Coast Main Line upgrade.

Leaving aside the upgrade as part of an upgrade, the "recently" was written in 2007 or earlier, nine years ago. It is important not to write material like this, or to use the present tense to say what is done "now" without dating it. Afterbrunel (talk) 11:13, 5 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
