Let's Get to It is the fourth album by Australian singer Kylie Minogue and was released in 1991.

The album was produced by Stock & Waterman and was Minogue's last full-length album with PWL. The album was an attempted departure from the style of dance music that Minogue was known for. It combined soul, dance, house and techno influences and let Minogue developed and experiment as a songwriter. At its release the album received rave reviews from some of the UK's most respected music journals but failed to debut in the top ten, debuting at number fifteen in the UK and stalling at number thirteen in Australia.

The album still sold rather well though, with over 800,000 copies sold worldwide to date. It went gold in both the UK and Australia.

Miscellanea

  • In November 1991 a reworking of Minogue's album track "I Guess I Like It like That" was released in the form of "Keep on Pumpin' It Up" by 'Visionmasters'.
  • In Australia, "If You Were with Me Now" was promoted as a double-A side with "I Guess I Like It like That", the latter becoming a popular club hit and on high rotation for several years.
  • In early 1992, the same thing happened with the b-side to "Give Me Just a Little More Time". High rotation in clubs pre-release saw "Do You Dare" become popular, with many clubbers unaware it was a Minogue track.
