Säteri in Finland

In Finland was Säteri Oy untill 2008 in Valkeakoski with 400 employees. Säteri means Rayon in Finnish. [1] [2]. What is the connection of Sateri in Hong Kong and Säteri in Finland, both producers of cellulose fiber? Watti Renew (talk) 17:00, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

* Kemira owned Säteri Oy in Valkeakoski during 1974-1997 [3]
* Säteri Oy was owned in 2008 by Goodwood Venture in Virgin Islands and the main share holder was First Alverstone Partners in Singapore. [4]
Sateri, the viscose provider was established in China in 2002 as Sateri (Jiangxi) Chemical Fibre Co., Ltd., and is China's largest viscose producer. Sateri Oy, later renamed Kuitu Finland Oy was acquired by Sateri International and was managed as a subsidiary. [5][6][7] HawkEggz (talk) 02:23, 17 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2 Different Companies

Sateri and Bracell are two different companies. Sateri is the world's largest viscose producer, while Bracell is one of the world's largest producers of dissolving wood pulp and specialty cellulose. They should have separate pages. Sateri was initially listed in 2010 on the HKSE, but later privatized only its viscose operations in 2015. There was a name change to Bracell Limited. In 2016, Bracell privatized. The sources as follows:
