I feel that this article should be deleted because of its lack of notability and external sources. Furthermore, much of the current content reads like an advertisement for the company that operates this lake. Additionally, the list about its establishment is a copyright violation. Delete/merge Existence is NOT automatic notability. WP:GEOLAND#4 does NOT say any geographic location inherits notability, but significant independent coverage is required. Is this even about the reservoir or the homeowners' association? The website for "a private lake community" provides notability neither for the housing development (fails GEOLAND#2) nor the lake. The blog about the zip code is certainly not an independent RS. This is a generic neighborhood within incorporated Jefferson Township, New Jersey and it could be discussed there. leaning keep but a look at Category:Lakes of Morris County, New Jersey shows a consistent pattern of the general notability of lakes named on topo maps (which this one is) as a WP:COATRACK to get articles on communities included which would generally be considered neighborhoods and fall below the usual threshold of notability.
