The Gatineau LRT is a proposed 26 km light rail system linking Ottawa, Ontario to Gatineau, Quebec. The western terminus will be at chemin Eardley and boulevard des Allumetières in Gatineau, connecting to Rideau Centre and the Confederation Line in Ottawa via the Alexandra Bridge. A spur line at boulevards Alexandre-Taché and Saint-Joseph will cross the Prince of Wales Bridge to the Bayview Station, where it will connect with the Trillium and Confederation Lines. Another spur line at Alexandre-Taché and boulevard Saint-Raymond will connect to the Plateau neighbourhood. It is expected to open in 2028.[1]
