May 24

This is a list of redirects that have been proposed for deletion or other action on May 24, 2020.

Saul-Paul Sirag

I came across this redirect from the following page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kirk_Allen

Saul-Paul Allen is not mentioned on Jack Sarfatti's page. He is, however, mentioned on Fundamental Fysiks Group, although only once and his name does not have a link.

I cannot see a good reason why the redirect points to a supposed acquaintance of the man without any further explanation of the connection between them. IMO, this is confusing to readers. RoyalFool (talk) 15:20, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hindh river

Not mentioned on the article. I suggest deletion. Soumya-8974 talk contribs subpages 13:28, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

National Democrats (Norway)

There is no indication in the target article that this party was known by this title, which is ambiguous (see National Democrats (Norway, 1991)) Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 12:59, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Brooke Butler (actress)

Actress and singer from Chicken Girls, which meant she has only role. And also, this title relates to previously deleted article Brooke Butler (actor). TheMuscovian (talk) 07:27, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment: This should be a page rather than a redirect? This Brooke Butler appears in various pages, but every time the links redirect to a list of characters, not to an actual person (see Brooke Butler). Is an iMDB page enough source to create a WP page? I've never created one before but I'm willing to try! TVI1690075 (talk) 07:46, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ayashii World

The following is an archived discussion concerning one or more redirects. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on an appropriate discussion page (such as the redirect's talk page or in a deletion review). No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the discussion was procedural close. Speedily deleted by creator per criterion WP:CSD#G7. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 12:12, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Inappropriate to redirect this page to the main page about textboards; 2channel#Early history is also an inappropriate redirect. I don't know if I'll ever write about Ayashii (probably not), but it definitely won't be any time soon as a source I'd need to do so is only available in print in Japan. The redirect should be deleted. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 03:41, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete: Original creator here; on second thoughts, redirecting to textboard wouldn't really be helpful to any reader. Anyone searching for Ayashii World would likely already know quite a bit about Japanese message boards, and would probably be looking for a specific article. Incoming links should either remain as redlinks, or go to a dedicated (future) article. --benlisquareTCE 09:53, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Benlisquare: Thank you. Do you mind tagging with {{db-blanked}}? That way this can be non-admin closed. Psiĥedelisto (talkcontribs) 10:57, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Leeeeeeeerooooy... Jeeenkins

Unlikely search term which barely appears at target article. Not many pageviews also. CycloneYoris talk! 01:56, 24 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
