JetRaro is a New Zealand startup airline planning to operate scheduled direct passenger flights between Christchurch, New Zealand and Rarotonga, Cook Islands.[1]
In July 2020, Christchurch businessmen Mike Pero[2] announced his intention to incorporate the airline, subject to government approval, to form an airlink between Christchurch and the Cook Islands following the lifting of border restrictions as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic.[1]
The inital proposal is to operate between three and five direct flights per week between Christchuch and Rarotonga, using an Airbus A320 aicraft.[1][3]
