Palestine may refer to:

• Palestine (region), a geographical and historical region in the Middle East. Based on the borders of Mandatory Palestine, the region today comprises primarily Israel, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and small parts of Jordan
• State of Palestine, a partially recognized de jure sovereign state in the Levant declared by the Palestine Liberation Organization in 1988; with "non-member observer state" status in the United Nations since November 2012
• Palestinian territories, also known as "Occupied Palestinian Territory" (oPt), officially applied by the international organizations to refer to the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and the Gaza Strip between 1998 to 2012.
• Palestinian National Authority, an interim self-government body established to govern parts of the Palestinian territories since 1994.
