Priven Reddy, (born June 8, 1982, Durban, South Africa) is a South African technology entrepreneur[1] currently based in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.[2][3] He is known for founding and leading several successful companies across various technological fields.[4]
Early life
Details about Reddy's early life are limited. However, in a 2022 interview[5] with Top Billing (TV programme), Reddy attributed his strong work ethic to the influence of his father during his childhood. He began working by collecting cardboard boxes to sell to a recycler.[6][7] After a negative experience while waiting tables, Priven decided to chart his own path.[8] [9]With no backing, he immersed himself in Web design and graphics, eventually landing his first client.[10] His dedication to this initial client led to a growing customer base and the foundation of his successful businesses.[11]

Kagiso Interactive
Reddy's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of Kagiso Interactive, which rose to prominence as one of South Africa's foremost Mobile app development companies.[12] A major turning point in Reddy's career came when he received a call to develop an app for a global company. His team's exceptional work on the project led to a prestigious client list that includes major names in entertainment, airlines, and even the world's leading search engine.[13]
Drvar and Dryvar Foods
This was followed by the Dryvar, an e-hailing service and its expansion, Dryvar Foods, a cloud kitchen venture.[14] Reddy's other notable ventures include Dryvar, an e-hailing service, and its expansion, Dryvar Foods. Launched in 2020, Dryvar Foods operates on the cloud kitchen model, focusing on culinary preparation without the need for traditional restaurant spaces [15] The venture experienced accelerated growth during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
EON Aerospace
In a notably ambitious move, Reddy founded EON Aerospace, a company with the bold mission of revolutionizing air travel through the creation of next-generation supersonic transport aircraft.[16] EON Aerospace seeks to offer drastically reduced travel times for business professionals journeying between major global hubs.[17][18] The company's innovative concept designs have garnered significant attention within the aviation industry.[19]
Ararkis Automobili
Reddy's most recent venture, Ararkis Automobili[20][21][22] marks his entry into the world of high-performance vehicles.[23][24] [25]Ararkis Automobili unveiled the Ararkis Sandstorm, a limited-edition electric hypercar.[26][27][28][29] [30]With only 20 units planned,[31][32] the Sandstorm is positioned as a symbol of both exclusivity and technological prowess.[33]
