There is an article called Down On Me (song). The names should likely reflect that they are both songs. Suggestions? --DanielCD (talk) 19:56, 12 November 2010 (UTC)

– Or any title that you may suggest. Do you think this stub deserves to be the primary topic? Or a Jeremih song deserves it? Or neither of those? Is it awkward that a stub is a primary topic? You judge by giving comments below. j3j3j3...pfH0wHz 16:19, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
- Suggestion; Move the Jeremih song to "Down on Me", keep the disambiguation page as-is, and redirect the 1920s song to the disambiguation page. This article has been unsourced for over four years, and does not appear to be noteworthy enough for its own article. WikiRedactor (talk) 20:35, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose - (no edit conflict, but WikiRedactor's comments above weren't there 20 minutes ago). I already moved the WP:RECENT Jeremih song to artist name per WP:SONGDAB and sourced, expanded this article, plus (more important than title) added a jpg. I'm all in favour of clear titling - but for once we have a song here that actually is notable as a song, more notable than the artist, even more notable than Janis Joplin probably. Moving it to (1920 song) is out since it isn't confirmed as 1920, it may be 1890s, (Janis Joplin song) is problematic since (Big Brother and the Holding Company song) is technically correct, even though this is Janis Joplin arrangement and her backing band at this point, and then re-recorded without them. I would say leave as is. This is one of the 5% of songs where the song really is notable in its own right. In ictu oculi (talk) 22:46, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
- Suggest Down on Me (freedom song) if this is moved, as it is described thusly in the article -- 65.94.171.126 (talk) 06:17, 25 July 2014 (UTC)
