Isn't most of this just a content fork of the article on the friendly fire incident, and the rest a kind of sparsely sourced biography? the bio seems to be entirely based on one PDF that's now down. Night Gyr (talk/Oy) 19:42, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Even though I'm the one that started this article, in retrospect it appears to be a content fork and consideration should be made as to whether this article should be nominated for deletion, especially since the primary source for much of the information has disappeared from the web.
