What about the Closed lines?
This article makes no mention of the three closed lines that Paragon once served:
- Hull to Hornsea
- Hull to Withernsea
- Hull to Cudworth (The Hull and Barnsley Railway) - services diverted from Hull Cannon Street railway station in 1922.
These are not my area of expertise but surely there is someone out there to take it on ?

- I have added the first 2 to the boxes as Disused lines, though still red-links as yet. Do not know the next station for the Hull & Barnsley Railway so have left that one. Keith D 20:13, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Bus/coach services
As it is an interchange there appears to be very little on the bus/coach services that use the interchange. Has anyone got any details they could add to the article? Keith D (talk) 22:59, 15 October 2009 (UTC)
- It is very noticeable that the article is trainfannishly esoteric with the reader left guessing until near the end as to what "interchanges". The bus station comes in at the earliest when its upgrade is mentioned, ie with no earlier acknowledgement that it existed. It's like having an article about Hull Corporation Pier station full of where its no tph didn't go to and adding "there were paddle steamers too."--SilasW (talk) 16:03, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
- Good point. I think that is because this was the article just for the railway station and then it was renamed to take account of the thing being made a new interchange complex. I've redone the lead and hope this meets the case. But the article is still predominantly about trains. Maybe somebody who knows about buses should add more about that. First Hull Trains excluded from ticketing data
Hi. Just wondering whether it would be possible to include a disclaimer somewhere in the article (ideally in the info box) relating to passenger figures for the station? As a non-franchised operator, much of First Hull Trains ticket recording is not included in official figures as they fall outside of the LENNON ticketing data collection service. Name?
I'm confused by the statements made about the name - iit says now just called hull 'officially' but official railway documents still refer to the station as Hull Paragon. With none of the Interchange nonsense either! Should this be mentioned somewhere that it still is refered to as Hull Paragon? 157.203.254.2 (talk) 06:06, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- I had to see my new boss in Hull in one of the local offices - the letter said 'Hull Paragon'. Definately refferred to as such by the railway companies and railwaymen. Zozzie 9t9 (talk) 10:02, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
