Issues with naming of article

I see that this article has been split off from the main D4 Enterprise article. I was intending to suggest this change myself, however I am not sure the split is the best it could be. My main issue on this article is the naming (and a small section of the prose) of this article.

Firstly, D4 Enterprise doesn't produce the titles on Project EGG. Project EGG is merely a platform, storefront and service provided by D4 Enterprise (like Nintendo's Virtual Console or Hamster's Arcade Archives). The games themselves are produced by all of the various developers and publishers of the original titles. There is only one title directly published by D4 Enterprise themselves on Project EGG to my knowledge - Dynamite Go! Go!, for MSX.

The second issue is that Project EGG actually predates D4 Enterprise as a company, as it was originally created by Bothtec, Inc - the ownership was transferred in two steps after the founding of D4E.

The third issue I have is that the naming convention isn't inline with past precedent on Wikipedia for list articles for games services - see List of Virtual Console games for Wii (North America) or List of PC-98 games as examples.

I propose renaming the article to List of Project EGG games, to fit with convention, and because there isn't much purpose in mentioning the current provider of the service in the title of the article - that can be saved for the opening paragraph of prose before the list starts. I don't know how to start the process of actually switching the name of the article however. Spikeylord (talk) 16:49, 24 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've gone ahead and made the move - the original title remains as a redirect Spikeylord (talk) 12:44, 27 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
